Rugged and sanitary construction
This fryer features all stainless steel construction with a heavy-gauge oil kettle. The sanitary design includes a fully-enclosed combustion system and the large removable panels provide complete access to all components.
Eliminate chip clusters
Our optional Chip-Stirr system stirs slices automatically during cooking and then directs the finished chips to the discharge/drain conveyor. This prevents slice clusters and assures consistent chip quality from batch-to-batch.
