Integrated Snack Packaging Solutions. Boost productivity and package your snack food products at the highest speeds. We'll have two integrated snack packaging systems running live demonstrations featuring the Lift & Tip vertical conveyor system, Ishida multihead weighers, CEIA metal detectors, and Ishida VFFS snack bagmakers. Also on the show floor is popular economy Astro VFFS Snack Bagmaker with CCW-RVE Series multihead weigher.
The World’s Most Accurate and Precise Multihead Weighing Systems. Our extensive Ishida CCW Series showcase features a variety of multihead weighers, including our newest CCW-AS Series models for salad, free-flowing products, and very small/micro weight products.
Food Processing Systems. Our processing experts will be on-hand to discuss our food processing technologies including raw produce preparation, fryers, ovens, dryers, battering and breading applicators, branders and searers, that outperforms and outlasts any other food processing equipment in the industry.
For the first time at Pack Expo International we will highlight thermal processing solutions designed for high-throughput French fry and snack drying applications with Tek-Dry. Tek-Dry French Fry Dryers use a hallmark, single-pass design to deliver consistent drying within a compact footprint, supporting high evaporation rates and precise moisture control while reducing product agitation and fines. The Snack Dryers utilize the same single-pass approach across a wide range of snack products, including croutons, expanded snacks and bread-based applications, with flexible heating options to suit different production requirements.
Significantly reduce freshwater consumption in your plant. Cascade Water Recirculation systems reflect our long-term focus on sustainability and water efficiency in food manufacturing. Developed through extensive research and development, the advanced water management systems are designed to help processors reduce freshwater consumption while maintaining sanitation and process performance. Originally developed for potato chip applications, these systems are now being applied to French fry production and other raw materials processes.
A Symphony of Seasoning Technology.
