Heat and Control, Inc., a world-leading equipment manufacturer offering the latest technology and the highest quality solutions for the food and non-food industries has opened a new facility in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA.

The new site replaces a previous building that was in Lititz, Pennsylvania that began as sales and service support for packaging and inspection equipment. The new home for Heat and Control Pennsylvania employees offers enhanced cross-functional collaboration spaces that will allow dedicated engineering, sales, service, spare parts, and training teams the ability to support the full Heat and Control line up of Heat and Control, Ishida, and CEIA products.

"This new facility furthers our ability to service global markets and customers," explains Brian Barr, Heat and Control Director of Sales, North America. "Our Central Pennsylvania team and our customers are excited for the expanded space and state of the art features."

The site, which measures 120,000 square feet (11,148 sq. m) on a 13-acre lot, will scale to support customer’s and vendor’s success, advance their operations, and offer continued commitment to quality. It includes an equipment demonstration center, a state-of-the art training center, an expanded spare parts automated fulfillment system, along with an expanded office and warehouse space to accommodate an increased stock of inventory equipment. The building will feature a technology showcase of Heat and Control’s industrial equipment alongside leading partners Ishida and CEIA.
