Job Responsibilities

  • Create role-specific training paths and resources.
  • Discuss training needs with department leaders, and employee feedback.
  • Develop machine training programs with content to technical skill level and operational needs.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and Technical Writers to design training materials.
  • Modernize legacy training content by migrating and updating materials into current platforms.
  • Review team-developed courses to ensure functionality and accuracy with learning objectives; provide feedback to enhance content quality and user experience.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in Adult Learning, Education, Instructional Design, or Graphic Design.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM systems, or SAP.
  • 2 years of hands-on experience with Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Litmos, Docebo, Cornerstone, Canvas, Absorb, Moodle.
  • Ability to analyze training effectiveness using metrics, feedback, and performance data.
  • Ability to travel 10%
