Duties and Responsibilities

  • Schedule service reps work in the field and provide their documents for customer visits.
  • Take service requests from customers.
  • Receive PO#’s from customers. Assign sales order #’s in salesforce & SAP
  • Use salesforce service and field service consoles
  • Type weekly schedule and distribute to other departments
  • Advise accounting when customers exceed their credit limit (noted in SAP)

Qualifications

  • Two or more years of experience working in an office environment
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Salesforce and S.A.P knowledge
  • Prior work with customers to build and maintain working relationships
