Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proofread proposals, letters and miscellaneous documents
  • Enter Customer Relationship Management (CRM) opportunities and tasks for quotes
  • Using SAP, assist with trade show lead entry into CRM
  • Order, set up and teardown lunches for customer visits
  • Back-up receptionist with phone duty

Qualifications

  • Excellent proofreading skills
  • Minimum one-year previous clerical experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • MS Dynamics CRM & SAP experience preferred
  • Hours in the office: Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with one hour for lunch
