Position Summary


Focusing on Marketing Communications, Email Marketing, and CRM, you will develop, execute and analyze digital marketing functions within a B2B engineering and manufacturing environment as well as contribute to overall marketing communications programs/campaigns. This role will suit someone who is looking to create and nurture medium-to-long-term marketing initiatives.

Hybrid schedule working in the Hayward, CA office when required

 

Key Functions

  • Support content development, design and management of the company website.
  • Design and implement content for online advertising, web banners, social media and e-newsletters
  • Plan email marketing campaigns including customer life cycle journey campaigns, e-newsletter distribution, and digital subscriptions.
  • Analyze and report on campaigns and assess against goals.
  • Coordinate lead management process from the website and tradeshows.
  • Assist the development and ongoing administration of the sales and marketing database (CRM) to support ROI reporting and campaign performance.

Education and Qualifications

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in communications or marketing
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Marketing role
  • Experience developing email campaigns and company web pages
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite to design web banners and edit images for the website
  • Experience in customer analytics, data management and segmentations
  • Experience in reporting and analysis of campaigns
  • Experience devising engaging and consistent digital campaigns for the target customer
  • Understanding of SEO and SEM best practices
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website CMS such as Drupal, and WordPress.
  • Video editing and script writing a plus
  • MS Dynamics CRM; Click Dimensions, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or equivalent)
  • Microsoft Office Suite / Office 365 / SharePoint / BOX / Social Media Platforms
