Job Description

  • Developing Model Predictive Control (not MPC) process for the Food and Snack Industry.
  • Develop PLC controls for food process, product handling and packaging equipment.
  • Supervise partners that are working on the MPC solutions.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and techniques around MPC.
  • Expected travel will be 35% of time.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Provide working knowledge of Model Predict Control.
  • Understand Temperature and Fluid Dynamics.
  • Electrical engineer experience.
  • Provide work experience of programming PLC systems from scratch (RedLion, Allen Bradley & Siemens)
  • Experience with SCADA or MES system is a plus.
