Position Summary

Job Responsibilities Include

  • Reporting to the Business Manager – Packaging and Inspection Systems, this role requires someone who will be able to build relationships with new customers and foster relationships with our key stakeholders. In this role you will join a successful team of sales professionals that value respect and passion for innovation and continued growth. This role will be based at our office in Northmead.
  • This role will suit someone who is driven by success and looking to create and nurture medium to long term business relationships with food, beverage, Pharmaceutical and non-food processing sector in NSW, as well as developing strong relationships within the company and industry at a global level.
  • A credible communicator with the ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders, you will have the ability to adapt to the role’s unique requirements as needed. Your collaborative work style and prior experience in sales in a technical environment will position you well to immediately add value in this busy and important position.

Required Education and Experience

  • 4+ years’ experience in the sales and marketing of technical/engineering equipment, preferably in the food processing and /or packaging industry.
  • Demonstrated pipeline management, sales, customer relationship management (CRM), and account management experience essential.
  • Mechanical qualification/aptitude is essential for the success of the role. However, proven years of experience without qualifications will be considered.
  • Track record of consistently reaching sales targets.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced level of computer literacy and experience with CRM reporting.
  • Initiative to act beyond specific job responsibilities to achieve objectives.
  • Ability to prioritise and effectively manage time to optimise the time spent in achieving objectives.

Work Environment

  • Working within the Sales Team at our Sydney office, located at Northmead, Sydney.
  • Free onsite parking.
