Position Summary


The Recruiter facilitates all stages of the recruitment process, ensuring appropriate recruitment platforms and talent pools are maintained. This may be a contract Talent Acquisition position.

 

Recruiter Job Responsibilities

  • Write job descriptions in consultation with hiring managers.
  • Advertise vacancies through company approved channels including databases and social media.
  • Source and interview candidates for vacant positions.
  • Implement a talent pool for identifying both passive and non-passive candidates.
  • May perform other duties outside the recruitment position description as directed by the Human Resources Director. This may include onboarding new employees.

Recruiter Required Experience

  • Minimum of five years recruiting experience including sourcing through LinkedIn.
  • Excellent written communication skills to write and place job postings.
  • Demonstrated ability to source candidates from a recruitment platform and maintain a talent pool.
