Help Desk I Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting and technical assistance includes:
    • Providing remote IT support to end-users.
    • Diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues.
    • Troubleshoot and diagnose users’ connectivity issues with VPN, Email, and Internet
  • Generate requisitions and track acquisitions of hardware and software purchases.
  • Build out new computer systems and load user profiles.
  • Administer and train on Apple devices.
  • Onboard new users. Conduct user training.
  • Participate in a scheduled weekend maintenance rotation.

Help Desk I Qualifications

  • Experience with software installation and workstation support.
  • Basic knowledge of the Windows 10/11 Operating System including setup and configuration.
  • Familiar with basic networking concepts, server hardware, switching hardware, and cabling.
  • Available to travel up to 10%
  • Experience with computer imaging and profile setup a plus

This job is onsite from Monday through Friday. This is not a remote job.
