Coronavirus (COVID-19) Notification


The receptionist position is a key customer service position that welcomes and provides guests and callers with a positive first impression of Heat and Control. The hours are 8 A.M. to 5 P.M.

Job Responsibilities Include

  • Welcome all visitors
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls (assist callers as needed and direct them to the appropriate party)
  • Manage visitor/conference room scheduling system
  • Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail
  • Maintain the reception and visitor areas
  • Enter customer data into CRM system
  • Assist Office Manager and Administrative Assistants with clerical tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Required Education and Experience

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Previous clerical experience
  • CRM system/entry experience
  • Previous customer service experience
