We are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join our Finance Team in Lelystad. In this new position, you will be part of a team consisting of 3 teams members. For this role, you will work in an innovative and international environment. You will support and assist with day-to-day activities, and you will have a balanced focus on both administrative tasks and reporting. In de rol als Assistant Accountant werk je in een innovatieve internationale werkomgeving. Jij hebt een passie voor financiën. Je bent administratief onderlegd en ondersteunt in de uitvoering en opstellen van rapportages van het gehele financiële proces van Heat and Control. Heb je zin in een nieuwe uitdaging waarin je samen met een gezellig team van 3 collega’s bijdraagt aan het succes van onze organisatie.
 

Responsibilities | Werkzaamheden

• Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual financials
  Het uitvoeren van maandelijkse, kwartaal en jaarlijkse financiële
• Reports with associated analyses
  Rapportages met bijbehorende analyses
• Creditors and debtors administration
  Crediteuren - en debiteurenadministratie
• Maintaining contacts with creditors in a customer-oriented manner
  Onderhouden van contacten met crediteuren op klantgerichte wijze
• Prepare month-end closing and reports
  Maandafsluiting en rapportages opstellen
• Think along to improve processes
  Meedenken om processen te verbeteren

Required Education, Qualifications, and Experience | Competenties

• Completed MBO administration
  MBO+ werk en denkniveau
• Relevant working experience
  Ervaring in financiele administratie
• Accurate and numerical insight
  Je bent accuraat en hebt cijfermatig inzicht
• Fluent in Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing
  Goede kennis van Nederlandse en Engelse taal in zowel woord als geschrift
• Flexible, Team-player and service-oriented
  Je bent flexibel, collegiaal en dienstverlenend
• Cheerful and enthusiastic
  Je bent vrolijk en enthousiast
• Experience in Excel is desired
  Ervaring met Word en Excel
• Experience with SAP
  Ervaring met SAP
