Training Developer Job Responsibilities

  • Identify company training needs and develop a standard training platform.
  • Develop and implement LMS for internal and external use.
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts to develop training materials.
  • Work with Technical Writers to develop training materials.
  • Oversight of training materials to assure consistent message and voice.
  • Update older training material into modern platform.
  • Develop web-based document library.

Training Developer Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, Teaching, Graphic Artist, or related field
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of work in a Learning Management System
  • Proficient in Microsoft Products
  • Ability to travel 20% of time
