Required Education and Experience

  • AA college degree
  • Two years or more experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Typing skills – Minimum of 40 words per minute


Desired Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Project
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Prior experience working in IT or Help Desk
  • SAP experience
