Job Responsibilities Include

  • Simultaneously and proactively manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and varying degrees of mechanical and controls complexity.
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, sales, manufacturing, finance, and service teams.
  • Maintain clear and constant communication throughout the project life cycle to keep the stakeholders informed and ensure decisions are made in a timely manner.
  • Primary customer liaison from equipment design, manufacturing, installation, and through production start-up.
  • Clarify customer requirements to ensure milestone schedules and specifications are met.
  • Set up and maintain project sales orders and budgets using SAP.
  • Lead efforts to identify and resolve potential commercial or technical issues with the customers and project team.
  • Document and manage scope changes to ensure customer agreement.
  • Keep peers, partners, vendors, and customers accountable to meet project goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to the field service team during installation and start-up.
  • Monitor and analyze project costs and lessons learned to provide recommendations for future projects.

Required Education and Experience

  • B.S. in mechanical or industrial engineering preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional experience.
  • Demonstrated time management, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels. Bilingual a plus.
  • Knowledgeable with using ERP System (SAP preferred).
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Systems (Outlook, Excel, and Project).
  • Able to understand equipment assembly, system layout, and electrical drawings.
  • Available to travel.
