IT Help Desk Job Responsibilities Include

  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
  • Troubleshoot/diagnose users’ connectivity issues with VPN, Email, and Internet
  • IT Help Desk builds out new computer systems and load user profiles.
  • Onboard new users and training on Apple devices

IT Help Desk Experience

  • 2+ years doing software installation and workstation support.
  • Using Windows 10 Operating System (setup and configuration).
