Experienced Instructional Designer/Trainer to design and present quality training materials to internal and external customers.
Job Responsibilities Include
Work within our product implementation team to deliver high-quality customer training to end users of Heat and Control Machinery and to Heat and Control Employees.
Develop standardised instructional materials and training curriculum with clear learning objectives and outcomes.
Work with customers to identify training needs; develop and deliver customer training plans (schedules, content, feedback mechanisms, etc)
Deliver product trainings via different channels (Live, Online, remote) and mediums.
Support the implementation phase remotely or at customer locations as needed.
up to date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamics.
Analysing usage metrics, and customer feedback to improve training delivery and support Heat and Control training goals.
Assist in develop training program strategy, including defining and tracking objectives and key results.
Ensure maximum product utilisation through effective training delivery and achieving exceptional client satisfaction.
Required Education and Experience
Tertiary Qualification in Learning & Development, Education, or similar degree.
At least 5 years’ experience in the development and delivery of high standard technical training programs
Experience working with manufacturing/heavy machinery applications a plus.
Preferably have experience in food processing equipment or very closely allied food processing systems.
Background in instructional design or adult learning theory a plus.
Experience using Camtasia Studio, Articulate, Adobe Captivate, other e-learning and learning management systems, a plus.
Experience developing and conducting end-user training and training materials for manufacturing/heavy machinery a plus.
Ability to work unsupervised on international and domestic installations and/or sites.
Work Environment
Working with the Service Team at the Head Office in Australia, located in Mount Gravatt East, Brisbane, Queensland.
