Ishida's new "H" option to the CCW-R weigher features construction that is designed to meet American Meat Institute sanitary standards.
This "Hygienic" weigher gives meat, poultry and dairy processors a cost-effective alternative to USDA Dairy construction, which is still available on request.
Unlike the standard hopper (above, right) the "H" hopper (above, left) features fewer bracket surfaces and continuous welding that reduces build-up areas for contaminants.
