"We have increased belt life to 8 months since switching to the SureCoat breaders. We run our breading applicators up to 16 consecutive hours each day. Any time a breader belt fails the entire line must be shut down for belt replacement, and that quickly gets very expensive. Longer belt life is a big improvement, and the SureCoat breaders have proved to be reliable and durable." ..."We are also very pleased with the service and support provided by Heat and Control."

Ishida portable strip-pack applicator

Ishida’s Portable Strip-Pack Applicator from Heat and Control provides a convenient and cost-effective way to produce ready-to-hang strips of bagged products that promote point-of-purchase sales.

This tabletop version of Ishida’s higher speed and fully-automatic Strip Pack Applicator delivers the same strip quality, and has the same versatility to handle a wide range of bag sizes. Its small footprint and light weight allow moving the unit from one location to another for easy changeovers and for usein locations outside the manufacturing site, such as retail shops and distribution centers.

Hand feeding of bags allows mix-and-match packaging of different products and different bag sizes on the same strip. The applicator handles bag widths from 2” to 13” and individual bag weights to 100 grams. Control of the number of bags per strip or produce “strips of strips” for expanded product marketability.
