Space-saving combination metal detector/checkweigher
Combination CEIA metal detector and Ishida checkweigher systems from Heat and Control reduce floor space and provide superior product safety, weight verification accuracy, and single-source technical support

The CEIA THS/3F metal detector uses multiple frequencies to detect all magnetic and non-magnetic metals, including stainless steel. Ideal for lines running a variety of products, it is fully HACCP compliant and has 250 product data memories, selectable by local programming, bar code reader or network software.

Ishida’s DACS-HN “DACS Max” checkweigher offers the highest speed and accuracy available to verify the proper weight or count of products. Designed for poultry and meat plants, it stands up to high-pressure wash down with caustic solutions. Features include an easy-to-clean open framework, no-tools replacement of conveyor belts, memory for 100 different product settings, and a common rejecter for the metal detector and checkweigher.
