The continuous cooking alternative to batch frying, Heat and Control's Mastermatic® Compact Fryers quickly produce a wide variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner items for prisons, colleges, military bases and other institutional food service kitchens.

Compact fryers require little floor space and are available in sizes for every operation. Choose from small electrically heated models with 3.5 square feet of frying area, to large capacity gas-fired fryers. Continuous oil filtration preserves oil quality for the finest finished product.
