Heat and Control opens new food processing training and technical center in Mexico
To assist beginning food processors and established companies, Heat and Control's new Technical Center in Mexico provides equipment demonstrations, process development assistance and training programs.

Located minutes away from the Guadalajara airport, the Centec facility is equipped with a variety equipment for snack and prepared foods processing, including fryers, ovens, de-oiling centrifuges, extruders, sheeters, checkweighers, metal detectors, seasoning applicators and packaging equipment. For established food processors, Centec is a convenient and confidential environment to develop new products and to test different processes without interrupting production. For those who are new to food processing or interested in learning how to expand their product line, Centec provides hands-on training on how to produce products such as traditional Mexican style tostadas, baked tostadas, table tortillas, corn chips, churritos, any kind of potato chips (hard bite, home style and traditional), pellet snacks, nuts and batter/breaded foods.
