Ishida DACS-WN reports detailed production data
 The superior performance of Ishida’s new DACS-WN Series checkweighers can be further enhanced with a color LCD touch screen control panel that expands data reporting capabilities and simplifies operator interface for higher
production efficiency
- A built-in camera takes and loads product photos onto the
operating screen to assist operators in making error-free product preset selections.
- Production statistics, weighing data and setting parameters are
stored on a compact flash card for easy download to a PC and detailed data analysis.
- Compatible with the Ishida Total Packaging System (ITPS) network, the panel integrates the checkweigher with other Ishida equipment for further control and analysis of the entire packaging line’s performance.
The DACS-WN Series of Ishida
checkweighers includes eight models,
in both standard and waterproof designs, to handle the broadest range of product sizes and checkweighing
application requirements.

 For Low-Oil Batch Cooked Chips
Reduce the oil content of batch fried potato chips to under 22% with our new Automatic Heated Centrifuge. Models are available to receive 45 or 75 pound loads of potato chips from a batch fryer. Both models are gas-heated and quickly load, spin, and discharge chips. Ideal for upgrading existing lines, the Automatic Heated Centrifuge is also available with our
new batch fryers, transfer conveyors, seasoning and packaging systems.

A good control system maximizes the output and efficiency of a production line, generating cost savings and increased profit. As both a machinery manufacturer and a systems integrator, Heat and Control has a unique understanding of how one machine’s control logic can influence the total
effectiveness of the line’s control package.
Our Controls Group, located in Arlington, WA, designs all of our individual machine controls with control packages in mind. Machine performance, intuitive operator interface, and ease of maintenance are our highest design priorities. By researching
the overall scheme of the production process, we augment these designs by developing control packages and data collection/reporting plans
that benefit the entire plant.
The Arlington facility also engineers control systems
for machines and processes used outside the food industry. Through such projects, we have more opportunities to identify the latest innovations in systems integration and control engineering that can further improve the performance of your Heat and Control food processing or packaging lines.
