We bread a wide variety of meat, poutry, seafood and vegetables. Is it possible to effectively coat every crevice of different kinds of product on just one breader?

Answer:

Thoroughly pre-dusting tenders and bone-in parts, or building up a thick home-style coating, is nearly impossible with conveyorized applicators because they canít tumble product enough to coat inside recesses and skin folds.

Just like hand-coating, our SureCoat Drum Breader immerses product in breading and gently tumbles it to uniformly cover every surface Ė especially within cavities and folds. Ideal for bone-in poultry parts, SureCoat is particularly useful for creating a thick home-style coating. Recirculation of breading reduces coating waste. Continuous lump removal assures coating quality. SureCoat Drum Breaders are available for 1,200 to 4,000 pounds of product per hour.
