Low-Fat Stripping System
Without using solvents, the Low-Fat Stripper naturally reduces the final fat content of potato chips, french fries and other fried foods. Recommended for foods fried in the fat-free cooking oil Olean, this system lets an existing fryer produce traditional, low-fat and fat-free products on the same line.

Before a fryer can be cleaned its oil should be cooled to 250F (121C) or less. The Oil Cooling Module cuts up to an hour off the wait between production and sanitation for almost any fryer.
