Unitized Vacuum Fryer
Frying without external vacuum chamber, excess floor space and labor! Creates its own internal vacuum and boils off product moisture at a lower temperature to produce snacks from high-sugar products without browning, and at less than 248°F minimizes formation of acrylamide.

The Model BF delivers up to 360 pounds per hour of finished potato chips while using the traditional low-temperature cooking profile produces truly superior hard-bite kettle-fried potato chips. Models are available for up to 400 finished pounds per hour. Use with optional Chip-Stirr to improve product consistency and operator safety.
