Mastermatic® Prepared Foods Fryer
Compact, direct-heated continuous fryer for a variety of prepared food products. Multiple heating zones provide optimal temperature control. Low oil volume produces fresh, crisp foods with a long shelf life. Fryer is pre-wired and includes operating controls.
